HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
As a trial member, it’s important to understand the way our Service operates. It’s pretty simple, really, Here’s all you need to know:

From the day you receive your package, you have 30 days to try out the Service.

 If you decide not continue your membership, please call us within your 30 day trial period at 1-800-444-1343 (U.S. only) or (760) 931-4949. There will be no further obligation at this point.

 Once your 30 day trial period has expired, and if we have not heard from you, your credit card will be billed a one-time membership fee. You may decide to cancel your membership any time after your 30 day trial period. However, at that stage, the membership fee is non-refundable.

 Once you have become a member, you will be sent a CD-ROM package on a monthly basis. However, if you would prefer to recieve your CD-ROM on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis, please call us at 1-800-444-1343 (U.S. only) or (760) 931-4949 to request this plan.
